A GOLD PRODUCER
An emerging gold exploration company with one producing mine, New Dawn is concentrating its exploration and mine development efforts on gold projects in Zimbabwe, and South Africa. There are three material mineral properties, Turk Mine and Angelus Mine in Zimbabwe and Blue Dot Properties 40 ("BDP") in South Africa. The Corporation owns 100% interests in the Turk Mine and Angelus Mine in Zimbabwe, and a 74% interest in BDP, a South African company which holds a 100% interest in the Blue Dot Property located in South Africa.

In addition to these locations, there are a number of other mineral exploration properties in which New Dawn has an interest, either through direct ownership, joint venture agreement, or agreement for exploration and development rights.
